It’s true that cats come in all shapes, sizes, and for the most part, color — but seeing a bright green cat would turn just about anyone’s head.  As most would assume, this bizarre-looking cat wandering the streets of Varna, Bulgaria, wasn’t born with an emerald green coat — and despite locals’ initial assumptions, it apparently wasn’t the victim of a cruel prank.
